Throughout her past experience she worked with companies such as MTV, The AD Club NY, Facebook, Google, W+K, Deutch, L’Oreal and more. From there Alava went on to start consulting and managing leaders and businesses in the health and wellness space.

Now, in addition to working on her book, Alava is currently expanding and taking on new clients as the Founder & CEO of Esprit Papillon.
